Paris is one of those cities that is AS beautiful as you imagine it will be. After a chance meeting in Houston during Christine and Tuan’s wedding weekend, we arranged an engagement session with Christine’s cousin Bruno and his fiancee, Alina, during our upcoming trip to France. When the time came, we had a blast running around the city with these two and really hit it off with them. Alina is a beautiful ball of energy and Bruno is kindhearted and a little shy (and coincidentally shares Amir’s EXACT birthday – same day, same year, same time!) Needless to say, we were ecstatic when they chose us to return to Paris to capture their wedding later in the summer. The wedding day was an adventure in itself, beginning with the tea ceremony at Alina’s parents’ home and legal ceremony at town hall, followed by a church ceremony and reception at the magnificent Château de Ferrières. We traveled alongside Alina and Bruno throughout the day and soaked up the opportunity to shoot in one of our favorite places in the world. We can’t wait to catch up with them on our next visit! Here are some favorites from the engagement session and wedding day… First image below by Amir.
